Ingredients

2 c. sugar
3/4 c. oleo
2/3 c. milk
1 small box instant pudding (any flavor)
3 1/2 c. quick oatmeal
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Stir first 3 ingredients in saucepan and bring to a boil; boil 3 minutes.
Remove from heat and stir in remaining ingredients. Let stand 5 minutes.
Drop by teaspoon on wax paper.
Cool and store in refrigerator.
Flavor of pudding determines flavor of cookie.
