Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour, plain
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1 c. chopped nuts
    3/4 c. Wesson Oil
    3 eggs, beaten
    2 c. sugar
    3 c. Zucchini squash, grated
    2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix all dry ingredients first.
    Then add eggs, wesson oil and vanilla. Grease
    and flour pans. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Yield: 2 loaves.
