Popovers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs
1 c. milk
1/4 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. melted butter
1 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
Preparation

Beat eggs until light.
Add milk and butter.
Stir in flour and salt.
Beat until smooth.
Mixture should look like heavy cream.
Add more milk, if necessary.
Fill buttered muffin pans to 1/3 full.
Bake 20 minutes at 450\u00b0.
Reduce heat to 350\u00b0 and bake 20 minutes more or until done.
Makes 8 to 12.
