Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. vegetable oil
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    2 c. zucchini
    2 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. cinnamon
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. walnuts, chopped
Preparation
    Heat oven until 350\u00b0.
    Beat eggs until frothy; add sugar, oil and vanilla and beat until lemon color.
    Add coarsely grated zucchini.
    Sift dry ingredients and add to mixture; add nuts.
    Oil and flour pans.
    Bake 1 hour.
    Makes 2 loaves.
