Pumpkin Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. butter or margarine
    2 1/2 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    2 c. cooked or canned pumpkin
    1/4 c. orange juice
    3 c. sifted flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    2/3 c. chopped nuts, raisins or dates
Preparation
    Cream margarine and sugar; beat in eggs.
    Add pumpkin and juice.
    Sift dry ingredients and spices together.
    Blend into mixture.
    Stir in nuts, raisins or dates.
    Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0 in 2 greased and floured loaf pans.
