Garden Veggie Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. plain non-fat yogurt
    2 Tbsp. light salad dressing
    3 Tbsp. carrot, finely shredded
    1 Tbsp. minced onion (fresh)
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 tsp. dried dill weed
    1/8 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Combine yogurt and salad dressing.
    Mix well.
    Add carrot and next 5 ingredients; mix well.
    Cover and chill at least 2 hours. Yields 1 cup, plus 1 tablespoon.
    Contains 11 calories per tablespoon.
