Zucchini (Nut) Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1 c. sugar
1 egg
1/4 c. cooking oil
1 c. finely shredded, unpeeled zucchini
1/4 tsp. lemon peel or 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. chopped nuts (optional)
Preparation

Mix together first 5 ingredients.
In separate bowl, beat together sugar, zucchini and egg.
Add oil and lemon peel (or juice); mix well.
Combine flour mixture with zucchini mixture. Add nuts.
Pour batter into greased loaf pan.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 55 to 60 minutes or until wooden toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
Let cool 10 minutes and then remove from pan. Cool.
