Sour Cream Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. self-rising meal
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. cooking oil
    1 c. cream-style corn
Preparation
    Combine ingredients, one at a time, in order, beating well. Pour batter into a large, greased skillet or muffin pan.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 until golden brown (about 30 minutes).
    Yield:
    1 loaf or 12 muffins.
