Sugar-Free Apple Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (6 oz.) can frozen apple juice concentrate
    2 Tbsp. Minute tapioca
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    6 or 7 medium cooking apples
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    2 (9-inch) pie crusts
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Use a 9-inch pie pan.
    In a saucepan, mix together the apple juice, tapioca and cinnamon.
    Bring to a boil and set aside.
