Lemon Bread - cooking recipe

1/4 c. softened butter
1 c. sugar
1 grated lemon rind or 1 Tbsp. grated lemon rind
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Pour into greased loaf pan.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 60 to 70 minutes.
