Copper Pennies Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. sliced carrots, cook and drain
    1 onion, sliced thin
    1 green pepper, cut in thin strips
    1 can tomato soup
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. cooking oil
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    3/4 c. vinegar
Preparation
    Combine carrots, onions and green peppers.
    Stir the remaining ingredients together and pour over the vegetables.
    Place in tightly covered container and store in the refrigerator.
    Will keep for several weeks.
    Drained, canned carrots may be used instead of fresh carrots.
