Creamy Zucchini Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    9 or 10-inch unbaked pie shell
    2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
    1/2 red bell pepper, diced
    3 c. sliced zucchini
    1 chopped onion
    garlic salt to taste
    1/4 c. margarine
    2 c. Monterey Jack cheese
    1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
    1/2 c. whipping cream
    2 egg yolks
    1 egg
    1 tsp. dill
    1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Spread mustard on bottom of pie shell and bake at 450\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
    Cool.
    Reduce oven to 350\u00b0.
