Oyster Stew - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pt. oysters with juice
1 pt. half and half
1/2 pt. milk
1/2 stick butter
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Melt butter in saucepan.
Add oysters and juice.
Bring almost to boiling.
Add half and half, milk, salt and pepper.
Cook until oysters begin to curl.
Makes about 5 cups of stew.
