English Muffin Bread - cooking recipe

2 pkg. dry yeast
6 c. flour
1 Tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. salt
2 c. milk
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. water
cornmeal
Preparation

Combine 3 cups flour, sugar, salt, yeast and baking soda. Heat liquid until very warm, add to dry ingredients and beat well. Stir in rest of the flour.
Divide dough in half.
Grease and cornmeal two loaf pans.
Put dough in pans and sprinkle cornmeal on top.
Cover and let rise for 45 minutes.
Bake 25 minutes at 400\u00b0.
