Easy Beef Tips - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 to 2 lb. chuck or sirloin, cubed
    1 envelope dry onion soup mix
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. 7-Up or ginger ale
Preparation
    Place meat in 2-quart casserole. Do not season. Pour dry soup and mushroom soup on top. Add 7-Up or ginger ale. Bake at 275\u00b0 for 4 hours. Do not open oven door while cooking. Let stand 30 minutes before serving. Serve with mashed potatoes or over rice.
