Zucchini Walnut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. vegetable oil
    3 large eggs
    1 Tbsp. ground cinnamon
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. ground ginger
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3 1/4 c. flour, sifted
    3 c. shredded, unpeeled zucchini
    1 c. ground walnuts
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
    Grease and line 2 (8 x 4-inch) loaf pans with foil.
    Grease foil.
    Combine all ingredients, except flour, zucchini and walnuts in large mixing bowl.
    Beat about 2 minutes until blended, scraping bowl often.
    Fold in flour until blended, then fold in zucchini and walnuts.
