Chinese Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick butter
    1 c. brown sugar
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. self-rising flour
    1 c. chopped nuts
    powdered sugar
Preparation
    Melt butter in saucepan. Remove from heat. Add sugar. Stir well. Add eggs one at a time. Add vanilla, flour and chopped nuts. Mix well. Pour mixture into 2 round 9-inch pie pans. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes. Let cool. Roll into balls and cover with powdered sugar.
