Banana Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. margarine, softened
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1/4 tsp. salt
    3 ripe bananas, mashed
Preparation
    Cream margarine and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Add bananas and mix well. Spoon batter into 2 greased and floured 8-inch loaf pans. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 55 minutes or until tested with toothpick.
