Pineapple Bran Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. bran (All Bran)
1 c. orange juice
3 c. all-purpose flour
3/4 c. sugar
3 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. soda
1 1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 c. well drained unsweetened crushed pineapple
2 beaten eggs
3 Tbsp. melted shortening or oil
Preparation

Combine bran and juice.
Let stand 15 minutes.
Sift together flour, sugar, baking powder, soda and salt.
Stir pineapple, eggs and shortening into bran mixture.
Add dry ingredients and nuts. Blend.
