Quick Banana Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 pkg. yellow cake mix
2 or 3 ripe bananas
1/2 c. chopped nuts (optional)

Preparation

Mash bananas.
Add cake mix.
Reduce eggs to 2.
Reduce oil to 1/3 cup.
Mix 2 minutes at high speed.
Pour into a 13 x 9-inch pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 38 minutes.
May be frosted to serve as cake.
