Tuna Fritters - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. biscuit mix
    1/4 c. wheat germ
    1 egg, well beaten
    1 c. milk
    2 cans flaked tuna, drained
Preparation
    Mix biscuit mix with wheat germ.
    Add beaten egg with milk. Fold in tuna.
    Drop by teaspoon into hot shallow fat.
    Fry until golden brown, turning once.
    Drain on paper towel or rack.
