Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. pumpkin
4 c. sugar
1 c. Wesson oil
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. salt
5 tsp. soda
5 c. plain flour
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. cloves
1 c. dates or raisins
1 c. nuts, chopped
Preparation

Blend ingredients together in separate bowl.
Mix with first mixture.
Grease and flour 5 (1-pound) coffee cans.
Fill each 1/2 full of batter.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
