Fricassee Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium potatoes
    4 Tbsp. minced onion
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1/2 c. celery leaves, diced
    salt and pepper to taste
    water
Preparation
    Dice potatoes into bite-size pieces.
    Place in pot and cover with water.
    Add diced onion, margarine and diced celery leaves. Salt and pepper to taste.
    Bring to a boil.
    Boil on low for about 20 minutes.
    Tastes even better reheated.
