Bronco Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. softened butter
    1/4 c. hot water
    1/2 c. orange juice
    1 1/2 Tbsp. freshly grated orange rind
    1 egg
    1 c. sugar
    2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. baking soda
    1 c. fresh, frozen or canned blueberries, well drained
Preparation
    Combine butter, water, orange juice and rind in a bowl.
    Add egg; mix well.
    Add dry ingredients; fold in blueberries by hand. Bake at 325\u00b0 in greased 9 x 15-inch baking pan for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
    Cool on rack.
    Freezes well.
