Apple-Walnut Bread(2 Loaves) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 1/4 c. oil
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. vanilla extract
3 c. apples, finely chopped
1 c. walnuts, chopped
3 c. all-purpose flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
Preparation

Beat eggs with sugar; add oil, salt, cinnamon and vanilla. Stir in flour, baking soda, apples and nuts. Dough will be very thick. Place in 2 greased 9 x 5-inch loaf pans and bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour or until center tests done. Makes about 12 to 16 servings.
