Pecan Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    2 c. flour
    pinch of salt
    2 sticks margarine, room temperature
Preparation
    Mix ingredients and spread wafer thin on a cookie sheet with sides.
    Mixture will be thick.
    Spread 1 egg white (unbeaten) over this and pour off excess.
    Sprinkle 1 cup chopped pecans with your fingers to cover completely.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
    Cut while hot in small squares or rectangles.
