Crunchy Hot Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

3 c. diced cooked chicken
2 tsp. chopped onion
1 can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
1 1/2 c. cooked rice
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. finely chopped celery
1/2 c. sliced almonds
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. pepper
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. water

I use 1/2 cup plain yogurt and 1/4 cup mayonnaise with the water.
