Zucchini Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 c. zucchini
    1 red sweet pepper
    4 c. ground onions
    2 green sweet peppers
    5 Tbsp. salt
    2 1/2 c. vinegar
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 tsp. allspice
    6 c. white sugar
    1 tsp. celery seed
    1 tsp. turmeric
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
Preparation
    Wash and drain zucchini.
    Grind enough with the skin; remove all the seeds that you can.
    Sprinkle zucchini, peppers and onions with salt.
    Set aside overnight in refrigerator.
    Place only in a glass, enamel or stainless steel bowl, do not use plastic or aluminum.
