Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1/2 c. margarine
1/2 c. milk
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 c. cocoa
1/2 c. peanut butter
3 c. quick oats
Preparation

Bring sugar, salt, margarine, cocoa and milk to a full, rolling boil; boil 2 minutes in a 3-quart saucepan.
Remove from heat.
Add peanut butter; stir until melted.
Add oats; mix well. Drop by spoonfuls onto waxed paper.
Yields 3 dozen.
