Spinach Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Italian sausage, casing removed, cooked, drained, & crumbled
    1 large container ricotta cheese
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped spinach, drained
    1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, soft herb/garlic
    1 c. skim mozzarella cheese (4 oz.)
    3 eggs
    1/2 tsp. hot pepper sauce
    2 pie crusts
Preparation
    Mix sausage, ricotta, mozzarella, cream cheese, spinach, hot pepper sauce until well blended. Fill pie crust with sausage mixture. Make decorative cut out pastry - place on top. Bake at 400 degrees 30 to 40 minutes or until brown. Serve warm or room temp. Will make 2 pies.
