Apple Oat Bread(No Fat And Cholesterol) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. oats
1 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. soda
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 tsp. allspice
1/2 c. honey
1/2 c. skim milk
3/4 c. oil
3 egg whites
3 medium cooking apples
Preparation

Spray loaf pan with Pam.
Mix oats and next 4 ingredients. In small bowl, beat honey, milk, oil and egg whites until blended. Stir into flour mixture just until flour is moistened (batter will be lumpy).
Fold in apples.
Spoon into loaf pan.
Bake 65 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
Cook in pan 10 minutes.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven.
Makes 1 loaf.
