James Ouellette'S Apple Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. margarine (room temperature)
    1 c. sugar
    1 egg, beaten
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. minced unpeeled apple
    1/2 c. sour milk
Preparation
    Combine margarine and sugar until creamy.
    Add egg; set aside. Mix together flour, baking soda, baking powder and cinnamon. Stir in apple.
    Add to first mixture alternately with milk. Transfer to oiled 5 x 9-inch loaf pan.
    Bake 45 to 50 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Cool completely before eating.
