Layered Lemon Crumb Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
    1/2 c. ReaLemon lemon juice
    1 tsp. grated lemon rind
    2/3 c. butter or margarine
    1 c. firmly packed light brown sugar
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 c. quick cooking oats
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
Preparation
    Combine sweetened condensed milk, ReaLemon and rind; set aside.
    In large bowl, beat butter and brown sugar until fluffy. Add flour, oats, baking powder and salt; mix until crumbly.
    Press half the oat mixture on bottom of lightly greased 13 x 9-inch pan. Top with lemon mixture.
    Stir spices into remaining crumb mixture; sprinkle evenly over lemon layer.
    Bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
    Cool; chill.
    Store, covered, in refrigerator.
