Apple Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. oil
3 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 t. vanilla
1 t. salt
1 t. baking soda
1 t. cinnamon
3-4 apples
3 c. flour
Preparation

In a large mixing bowl, combine sugar, salt, soda, cinnamon and flour. Wash, core and peel apples. Chop into small pieces and add to flour mixture. Slightly beat the eggs and mix with oil and vanilla. Stir into flour and apples, mixing well. Pour batter into 2 or 3 medium well-greased loaf pans. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1-1 1/2 hours. This recipe will also make about 2 1/2 dozen muffins.
