Spinach Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. fresh spinach
    1/2 head lettuce
    1 lb. crumbled fried bacon
    4 hard-boiled eggs
    1 bunch green onions
    1 c. sour cream
    1 c. mayonnaise
    Parmesan cheese
    1/2 c. fresh mushrooms
Preparation
    Mix spinach and lettuce in 9 x 12-inch glass Pyrex bowl. Crumble bacon over spinach.
    Slice boiled eggs over bacon, then layer sliced onions and mushrooms.
    Mix sour cream and mayonnaise. Toss salad and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
    Wrap with Saran Wrap and refrigerate.
    Make sure spinach and lettuce are dry.
