Kolach - Potato Bread(Filling Only) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. potatoes
    1/2 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese
    1 1/2 lb. mild Cheddar cheese
    2 large onions
    6 eggs
    1 stick margarine
    1/2 can evaporated milk (taller can)
Preparation
    Cut cheese into small pieces and set aside.
    Beat eggs in another bowl and set aside.
    Mince onions and fry in margarine until brown.
