Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. zucchini, grated and drained
    1 c. pineapple
    1/2 c. raisins
    1 c. chopped pecans
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. Crisco oil
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Beat eggs, sugar, vanilla and oil.
    Add zucchini, then flour, baking powder, salt and soda.
    Stir in pineapple and raisins. Bake in greased and floured pan for 1 hour at 325\u00b0.
