Salisbury Steaks - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 egg, beaten
1 onion, chopped (optional)
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 c. crushed cornflakes
1 can brown gravy
Preparation

Mix all ingredients except the brown gravy. Make out into patties. Roll in flour and fry in small amount of hot oil until each side is lightly browned. Put in baking dish and pour the brown gravy on top. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
