Seven Layer Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    chopped lettuce
    chopped celery
    garden onions, chopped
    chopped green pepper
    1 can small peas
Preparation
    Layer in 9 x 13-inch pan in order.
    Do not mix.
    Spread thin layer of mayo on top.
    Sprinkle with sugar.
    Sprinkle on grated Cheddar cheese and bacon bits.
    Refrigerate a few hours or overnight.
