Brown Sugar Brownies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick margarine
    1 c. light brown sugar
    1 egg, beaten
    1 c. self-rising flour
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Combine margarine and brown sugar.
    Add beaten egg.
    Add flour, vanilla and nuts.
    Stir well.
    Pour into ungreased 8-inch square pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 30 minutes.
    Brownies will rise, then fall.
    Cool for 10 minutes.
    Cut in squares.
