Zucchini Walnut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. walnuts
    2 c. sugar
    3 1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    4 eggs
    1 c. Crisco oil
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. soda
    3/4 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. unpeeled grated zucchini
Preparation
    Chop nuts, beat eggs, add sugar, then oil; combine dry ingredients.
    Add the first mixture alternately with zucchini; stir in walnuts and vanilla.
    Turn into 2 greased and floured bread pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 55 minutes.
    Let stand 10 minutes.
    Turn onto rack.
