Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. sugar
4 eggs
3 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. allspice
2 tsp. baking soda
1 c. nuts, chopped
1 c. cooking oil
2 c. canned pumpkin
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. salt
1 c. raisins
Preparation

Combine sugar, oil, eggs and pumpkin.
Sift together flour, cinnamon, allspice, nutmeg, soda and salt.
Add to pumpkin mixture.
Stir in nuts and raisins.
Grease and flour 4 (1 pound) coffee cans and fill 1/2 full of mixture.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
Let cool and you can store in cans with lids.
