Golden Glow Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. pineapple juice
    2/3 c. water
    1 pkg. lemon gelatin
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    2/3 c. grated carrots
    2/3 c. crushed pineapple, drained
    2 tsp. vinegar or lemon juice
    2/3 c. evaporated milk
Preparation
    Heat pineapple juice and water to boiling point.
    Dissolve lemon gelatin in mixture and let cool.
    Before it hardens, add evaporated milk and mixture of cream cheese, carrots, pineapple and vinegar or lemon juice.
    Stir until all ingredients are blended.
    Pour into mold and chill.
