Ingredients
- 
                            1 c. grated cheese
 
1 c. margarine or butter
pinch of salt
3 c. plain flour
Preparation
- 
                            Blend cheese, margarine or butter and salt well and mix with flour.
 
When it makes a stiff dough, roll in small balls.
Bake in moderate oven until done.
When slightly cool, roll in powdered sugar.
Put in an airtight container.
