Whole Grain Quick Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. flour
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. raisins
    1 c. milk
    3 Tbsp. molasses
    1 1/2 c. all bran shreds
    1 egg, well beaten
    4 Tbsp. shortening, melted
Preparation
    Sift flour, baking powder, sugar and salt.
    Pour milk and molasses over bran.
    Add egg and shortening.
    Add flour mixture and raisins.
    Blend.
    Bake in greased loaf pan for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
