Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    1 c. cooking oil
    3 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    2 c. grated zucchini
    1 c. pecans
Preparation
    Beat together sugar and eggs.
    Add to egg mixture the cooking oil and vanilla.
    Sift together the flour, salt, soda, baking powder and cinnamon.
    Add to egg mixture.
    Add grated zucchini and pecans.
    Pour into greased and floured pans. Bake 1 hour or more at 325\u00b0.
    Yields 2 loaves.
