Vegetable Sandwich Spread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 tomatoes
1 c. celery
1 small onion
1 bell pepper
1 cucumber
1 envelope plain gelatin
1/4 c. cold water
1/4 c. boiling water
1 pt. Kraft mayonnaise
1 tsp. salt
Preparation
-
Chop all vegetables finely and drain. Soften gelatin in cold water. Add boiling water.
Cool.
Fold in the mayonnaise and salt. Add vegetables. Chill until spreadable.
Use with crackers as spread or make sandwiches.
