Banana Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 real ripe bananas
1 egg
1/4 c. butter
1 Tbsp. water
3/4 c. sugar
pinch of salt
1 tsp. soda
2 c. flour
Preparation
-
Mash bananas; blend in sugar, salt and beaten egg.
Melt butter and stir into banana mixture.
Dissolve soda in water and add with sifted flour.
Mix and bake in loaf pan for 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
