Delmarva Chicken Royal - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (2 to 3 lb. each) fryers, cut in serving pieces
    3 Tbsp. melted butter
    3 Tbsp. white French cooking wine
    1 Tbsp. honey
    1/2 tsp. chopped parsley
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. garlic salt
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1 can mushroom pieces
Preparation
    Place chicken in pan or baking dish.
    Melt butter.
    Add wine, honey, chopped parsley, salt and pepper.
    Mix well and brush mixture over both sides of chicken.
    Add mushrooms.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour until tender and delicately brown.
    Place chicken in serving dish along with the mushrooms.
    Sprinkle with parsley and serve.
    Serves 4.
