Peggy'S Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. flour
    2 Tbsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. sugar (sweetener)
    4 Tbsp. shortening (heaping)
    2 oz. yeast
    6 c. warm water
Preparation
    Add salt and sugar to flour.
    Cut shortening into dry ingredients.
    Dissolve yeast in 4 cups of warm water.
    Add 2 more cups of warm water as needed.
    Mix well with hands.
    Knead on a hard surface until it is all smooth and worked together.
    Grease top in bowl.
    Let rise until double in size.
    Punch down.
    Let rise again.
    Put in pans.
    Let rise.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until golden brown.
